From architecting a custom CRM from the ground up to designing the business logic, the data architecture, and the web-based front-end myself — to managing IT operations across campuses simultaneously, deploying digital learning ecosystems for thousands of students and leading web transformation initiatives that give organizations a new identity.I bring expertise across IT strategy, infrastructure design, enterprise systems architecture, device lifecycle management, cybersecurity policy, vendor governance, and budget ownership.
